We experienced an issue with Moodle between 07:00 and 10:30 on Sunday 2nd August, 2020.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
This issue has since been resolved.
UPDATE : 07:19 The work was successful and the M: Drive servers are back online.
We’re working on some improvements to the M: Drive file storage service tomorrow morning between 6.00am and 8.30am.
During this time some of you won’t be able to access your M: Drive. Everything will be back up and working by 8.30am if not before.
We’ll update this alert to let you know how we get on. Thanks as always for your patience.

Update: 7:25 There were issues with the upgrades so the work was not completed. Changes have been reverted and the M: drive servers are back in service.
ITS are working on the M: drive service to make it more reliable. In order to make these improvements the M: drive service will be at-risk from 6:00am to 8:30am tomorrow (Tuesday 4 February 2020).

There was an issue with 2 of the M: drive servers (isslx111 and isslx112) today. This resulted in the servers failing to serve users’ M: drives. The issue started at 14:32 and both servers were back in service by 14:37.
