We’ve been able to solve the problem and FASER is now sending out e-mails again. If you’d like an e-mail receipt for a file you uploaded between 3am and 9:30am please get in touch with the IT Helpdesk and we’ll be able to send you a new one.

We’re currently aware of an issue that’s stopping FASER from sending e-mails, including the file uploaded receipt.
Don’t panic! This doesn’t prevent FASER from accepting submissions, it just means that you won’t receive your e-mail receipt until we fix the problem. When you upload a file to FASER, you should see the Submission Details pop-up window which tells you that FASER has your submission, which you can use as proof of upload:
If you close this window, you can get it back again by clicking your uploaded file and selecting Details from the drop-down menu.
