The printing service should now be functioning normally. If you had submitted a job to the print queue whilst the service was having problems (between 1pm and 5pm) then you may need to resubmit the job. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

There is currently an issue with printing to the centrally managed printers, affecting only staff on our Colchester campus. As a result, any print jobs submitted after 1pm today will not be processed and will need to be submitted again, once the issue has been resolved.

We are looking into the cause of the issue and will post an update when available.
