We are aware that people are continuing to experience issues with a range of services which relate to this problem.
We have scheduled some at risk time tomorrow morning (20/09/2019) between 07:00 and 08:00 in order to make a number of changes directed at resolving this problem.

Problem fixed – everything should now be working. If you’re still having issues try restarting your device or computer, or close your web browser and reopen it.

We currently have a problem with an authentication service which will stop you accessing web based services off campus, for example email.essex.ac.uk
