The Essex Software Hub applications service is experiencing issues

This issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues with launching applications from the Essex Software Hub please contact the IT Helpdesk.

We are currently experiencing issues with software provision via the Essex Software Hub (AppsAnywhere) service. This will affect many computers on campus and will result in software applications not launching correctly and/or crashing. IT Services staff have been in contact with our support partners for this service and hope to have a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
