Network Problems – Greenwood House / Day Nursery / Others [RESOLVED]

The Problem was completely resolved by 10:00am

On Wednesday 13th Sept at 5.05pm a network device or its power source has failed causing outages to following areas / services:

Greenwood House

Day Nursery

Various North Accommodation Building Management Systems

Unfortunately the faulty device in question is in a hard to access restricted area so any resolution won’t occur until the morning of Thursday 14th.

We will post updates as we have more information.

There is currently an upgrade process underway to bypass this hard to access area of the network which is currently in progress and will likely will be finished by the Christmas Vacation.
