National Coming Out Day

Essex-LGBT-AllianceEvery year on 11th October, National Coming Out Day continues to promote a safe world for LGBT individuals to live truthfully and openly. It recognises that Coming Out is one of the most important moments in the lives of an LGBT person. Each individual who speaks up changes more hearts and minds, and creates new advocates for equality.

It takes courage to trust the world with your true self.
