How did it get so late so soon?

No matter where we work, who we work with or which grade we’re on, we all have 168 hours in any week. the-eleventh-hour-clock

We all lead busy lives and sometimes it feels like gremlins take away our precious time leaving us with seemingly less and less time.

Here are some of my top tips that I use to manage my time. Could some of these work for you?

Work out your goals – What are your main priorities?  What do you want to achieve today, this week, this month, this year?  Write yourself a list on a post-it or on a whiteboard.  You can then use this list to write your short term action plan.

Have you thought about gaining Higher Education Academy recognition for your Education support work?Karen-Bush-CADENZA

Read on to find out how you could gain recognition for your contributions to education support.

This week is “Explorers Week”. Every year, National Geographic celebrate new and emerging explorers by arranging a whole host of interesting events, many of which are streamed live via the web.

By visiting the Explorers Week website, you can connect with National Geographic scientists, conservationists, and storytellers to find out about the projects that they’re currently working on. I’ve spent a few hours on the site and it is well worth taking the time to read some of the articles and watch some of the videos; they’re are all very inspiring.
