Brisk walk to better health.
You don’t need a gym membership to get the benefits of an active lifestyle.  Just 10 minutes of brisk walking a day could increase your fitness levels, boost your memory and improve your health.
The One You activity challenge is designed to help you walk briskly for at least 10 minutes a day.  Download the free Active 10 app, you can set yourself walking goals for the day.  The app will show you how much brisk walking you’re doing and how you can do more to achieve your goals.

Walking is free and can save you money on travel costs.  Whether it’s taking the dog out, walking on the school run, getting to work or college by foot, it’s a simple way to fit activity into your day.
