 It is the sections responsibility to advertise their programmes to the Southend students.
 They will advise the students of the below process.
 The deadline for travel requests for each event must be agreed between Careers and Employability and Suzanne Harrison, Assistant Campus Manager, extension 8211.
 Students are to register their interest with ground floor reception of The Gateway Building if they wish to travel to Colchester for a certain event (and pay their £2 refundable deposit).
 Ground floor reception will take the students e-mail address and advise that we will be in touch to confirm transport arrangements nearer the time. If numbers are too small, they will be required to make their own way there, but their rail and bus travel will be reimbursed to the sum of £18 maximum (receipts are required). After the event, students should see Finance on the second floor in The Forum who will reimburse the student. Receipts are required.
