[Service Alert] [Scheduled] LEAP maintenance 01.10.2020 – 02.10.2020

Update 6th October 2020 10:45:

Work is continuing to update LEAP and there will be a brief loss of service at 11:00.  Additional work will continue throughout the day which may cause some disruption to the information and engagement displayed.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update 2nd October 2020 17:45:

Work has progressed with the LEAP updates however we are expecting some additional downtime on Monday 5th October.

During this time there may be some disruption to the information and engagement ratings displayed.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

1st October 2020:

We will be making some updates to LEAP on the evening of 1st October 2020 and throughout Friday 2nd October 2020 ready for the new academic year.

[Service Alert] Issue with iTrent, People Manager, HR Organiser and Web Recruitment earlier today

Earlier today we experienced an issue with the iTrent service which meant that you would have been unable to log in to iTrent, People Manager, HR Organiser or Web Recruitment between 12.30pm and 12.50pm.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you at the time.

This issue has since been resolved.

[Service Alert] [Scheduled] We’re performing scheduled maintenance on LEAP – Tuesday 25th August 2020

The scheduled maintenance to LEAP is still ongoing.  We expect LEAP to be available again tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday 26/08/2020 PM).  We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately staff and students won’t be able to access LEAP throughout the day, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

[Service Alert] We’re performing scheduled maintenance on iTrent, People Manager and HR Organiser

Commercial Applications will be performing an essential system upgrade on Monday 3 August 2020. During this time the following services will be unavailable;

  • iTrent
  • HR Organiser
  • People Manager
  • Web Recruitment
  • External Examiner Nomination Portal

It is anticipated that the system will be unavailable from 9.30am until 4.30pm, notification will be made to users once it is available for use again.

We apologise that you will be unable to access these services on this date, if you have any queries please email bsthelp@essex.ac.uk.
