Good news – the upgrade work was a success and we’re now monitoring the situation.

 

Planned work

As part of our ongoing programme of improvements to enhance cybersecurity, we’ve got some planned upgrades happening on:

  • Monday 22 June between 9.00am and 11.00am

Don’t worry, you’ll still have access to all our services during this time and you shouldn’t experience any issues.

We’ll update you here as soon as the work is finished. Thanks as always for your patience.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to access sernt43 during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

[Work Complete] Upgrade of Unit4/Agresso Finance System

As part of the upgrade there is new functionality to allow you to split code an expense claim, see page 10 of the expense guide here

[Resolved] Issue with iTrent/ HR Organiser/ Web Recruitment last night

Last night we experienced an issue with the iTrent service  which meant that you may not have been able to log in to iTrent/HR Organiser or web recruitment between approx. 6pm and 8.15am this morning.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

This issue has since been resolved.

[Service Alert] Planned upgrade work on Unit4/Agresso Finance System (Monday 15 June 2020)

Planned work

Our Commercial Applications team will be carrying out an upgrade on the Unit4 Finance System on Monday 15 June 2020.  Please ensure you save all your work on Friday 12 June 2020 and log out of the system

We anticipate the upgrade will take the whole day to complete, but we’ll update you here as soon as it’s done.

During this time the following features will be unavailable:
• All transaction input including on-line expenses
• Research Funding costing and approvals
• Request to Recruit process
• Reports and Enquiries

We are sorry that you will be unable to access the system during this time.
