[Service Alert] [Resolved] Issues with Sky Broadband users accessing VPN

We’ve had confirmation that Sky has resolved the connection issues.

If you are still experiencing any problems, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

We are aware of an issue with Sky broadband preventing Sky users from accessing University websites (e.g., including connecting via VPN.

Unfortunately, this incident is out of our control, however, we will update you once Sky has provided more information.
