We had been alerted to an outage that was causing issues with both wired and wireless internet to House 6 at University Square Student Accommodation at our Southend Campus.

04/06/2021 8.49am: Glide confirm connectivity restored
04/06/2021 8:48am: ITS attended on site and all devices appear to be working, have reported back to Glide for confirmation
04/06/2021 1.53am: Glide contact on site security team to advise of issue and to start initial investigations
03/06/2021 3.09pm: Glide’s remote monitoring detected a loss of connectivity to all devices at House 6
