We’re aware of an issue affecting Moodle, Qualtrics, online reading lists, and other services that require Shibboleth-based SSO. We are currently investigating.
Workaround for Moodle users:
- Click on the Don’t have an Essex ID? link, which should take you to https://moodle.essex.ac.uk/login/index.php#noessexid
- Enter your University of Essex username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the blue Log in button.
