Resolved 11:30am:

We have now fixed the issue with access to Moodle. We will be monitoring this today in case of any further issues.

Investigating 10:00am:

We are currently experiencing some issues with Moodle, which is currently unavailable or unresponsive for most users.

We are investigating the problem and will restore the service as soon as possible.

We’re performing scheduled maintenance on SharePoint service

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our SharePoint service on Thursday 10th December, to prepare it for the start of the 2021 calendar year.

There is a possibility of a brief interruption in service for users of ESF, PGEAF, UGEAF, ECF and Reporting – of no more than 10 minutes – at some point during this essential work and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We’ll update you here as soon as the work is finished.

[Service Alert] We’re performing scheduled maintenance on Southend IT network

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Southend IT network on Tuesday 15th December from 7am to 8am.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to access the internet from our Southend campus or any hosted services remotely during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We experienced a service outage with the 5N.7.XX Campus IT Network

Earlier today we experienced an issue with the IT network in the 5N.7.XX area between 14:15 and 15:00. During this time you may have been unable to access the network or the Internet in that area.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you at the time.

The issue has since been resolved.
