Update 13th October 2020 9.50am

It seems that the issue is on the timetables web page. As well as using Outlook, you can also use the Webmail service to access your timetable.

We are continuing to investigate and will update you with further information as soon as we can.

Investigating 13th October 2020 9.35am

We’re currently investigating reports of a potential issue with email and timetables via Webmail. This means you may not be able to get to your email and timetables through a web browser using the web address.

Instead, please download Outlook as part of Office365 on your personal computer, or the Outlook app on your phone to access your email and timetables.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing you. We’ll post another update as soon as we find out more.
