We have now fixed the issue with access to the timetable page. We will be monitoring this today in case of any further issues.

It seems that the issue is on the timetables web page. As well as using Outlook, you can also use the Webmail service to access your timetable.
We are continuing to investigate and will update you with further information as soon as we can.

We’re currently investigating reports of a potential issue with email and timetables via Webmail. This means you may not be able to get to your email and timetables through a web browser using the email.essex.ac.uk web address.
Instead, please download Outlook as part of Office365 on your personal computer, or the Outlook app on your phone to access your email and timetables.
