Our service provider have engineers deployed locally to investigate the issue. There appears to be a significant problem with BT in the Colchester area.

We’re aware that some students are having trouble with the accommodation wifi on our Colchester campus. We’re urgently investigating the cause with the service provider and will update you here as soon as possible.
