[Resolved] Issues affecting VPN connections

We are currently experiencing connection issues affecting everyone working from home using the University OpenVPN service.

We are currently looking into this issue and will update this post as soon as we have further information.

The ITS team are actively investigating this issue and will update this post with information as soon as possible

We have identified the cause of the fault and implemented a fix. This is being monitored by our team and will work towards resolving the alert.

The VPN service is now confirmed as working, thanks for your patience while we fixed this issue.

[Service Alert] [Scheduled] We’re performing scheduled maintenance on LEAP – Tuesday 25th August 2020

The scheduled maintenance to LEAP is still ongoing.  We expect LEAP to be available again tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday 26/08/2020 PM).  We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on LEAP on Tuesday 25th August.

 

Unfortunately staff and students won’t be able to access LEAP throughout the day, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

[Resolved] Issue with Moodle 07:00 to 10:30 – Sunday 2nd August 2020
