Investigating 1.04pm

We’re aware that some staff are having trouble connecting or maintaining a connection to their computer on campus using remote desktop.

If this problem is affecting you please report it to the IT Helpdesk.

One workaround is to use the University’s Virtual Desktop service.

Also check our working remotely guidance as many of our services are accessible without using VPN and remote desktop.
