All work completed successfully by 9:20pm. The server has been returned to service

The underlying issue has been resolved and we are now ready to proceed with the original upgrade.
The work will now take place on:
- Monday 4 May between 9.00pm and 10.00pm
Unfortunately you won’t be able to access Remote Desktop Server (sernt43) during this time.

Update, 20/4/20 10.00am
We did not do the planned work as we found an underlying issue with the system we needed to upgrade.
We are investigating this new issue with the suppliers and will re-schedule any work needed.
Further updates will be posted here once more information is available.
