[Alert] Issue showing applications on the Software Hub

Resolved, late Friday evening

Everything is now back to normal and we will continue monitoring. If you’re still having trouble please let the IT Helpdesk know.

Update, 12.15pm

The likely cause of this issue has been identified and we have a plan to fix it.

The repair will take place at 7pm this evening and will unfortunately mean that the Software Hub will be unavailable for about an hour at this time.

Further updates will follow.


Investigating, 9.05am

When opening the Software Hub, some users may get a message saying no applications available and that the user information in the top right says Unknown.

We are aware of the issue and are in contact with the suppliers who are investigating it.

In the meantime logging out of the Hub, by hovering over the user name (Unknown), will give a logon screen which will allow normal access.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing.
