[Service Alert] Inbound external email delayed

Our team has discovered the cause of the problem and have been working to ensure the old emails are being delivered into your mailboxes.

We’ve been made aware of a problem with external emails being held up in a queue since late last night (30 January 2020). All new emails are being delivered as from 2pm 31 January 2020.

We’re working with our technology partners to fix this issue and deliver these delayed emails as soon as possible.

We’ll be updating this post with further details.
