[Resolved] Issues affecting multiple sites

We experienced an incident with our database servers between midnight and 08:30am which affected multiple services including FASER, MyEssex and the applicant website, etc. Users would’ve seen an error or a blank screen when trying to access any of the affected systems.

This issue has since been resolved and the services are now available again. Anyone still experiencing issues are encouraged to contact the it helpdesk
