[Resolved] Problems signing into some web services – Box and Zoom

All services are now back up and running. If you are still having issues with Box or Zoom please contact the ITS Helpdesk (desk@essex.ac.uk) for further assistance.

A number of users are currently experiencing a problem with logging into some UoE systems, including the Box web app and Zoom. We are looking into the cause of this, and will update once the issue is resolved.

 

Box Drive is unaffected and can therefore be used in the meantime (https://community.box.com/t5/Getting-Started-with-Box-Drive/Using-Box-Drive-Basics/ta-p/53641)
