Further work was carried out this morning and all services are back online.  Apologies for any inconvenience.


 

Update: 23/09/19

The work carried out Saturday was successful and services are back up and running. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates if necessary.


 

Update: 21/09/19

Further work was carried out this morning from 07:00 to 07:30 and systems are now stable.


 

We will be undertaking some remedial action to address the underlying cause of the recent problems we have been experiencing with the availability of some services. This work will be carried out tomorrow, Saturday 21st September, between the hours of 7am and 8.30am. We anticipate there will be some loss of services during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience which may be caused whilst this essential work is being undertaken. Further updates will be provided should the work take longer than anticipated.
