Issues affecting multiple services

We experienced an incident with our database servers between 14:49 and 15:51 which affected multiple services including FASER, MyEssex and online registration for car parking. Users would’ve seen an error or a blank screen when trying to access any of the affected systems.

This issue has since been resolved and the services are now available again. Anyone still experiencing issues are encouraged to contact the it helpdesk
