[Service Alert] [Resolved] Cherwell Service Desk license expired

The license key has now been successfully applied and the software is back to full usage.

The license key for Cherwell has expired, and the software is currently unavailable. We are expecting to receive a license key this morning. Until this time, all emails directed to Cherwell (bsthelp@essex.ac.uk) are being saved and will be redirected once the license key has been applied.

Update expected at 31/07/2019 10:30am.
