[Service Alert] [Resolved] FASER not showing any modules

Note that there was a brief FASER outage between 16:50 and 17:10 on Tuesday 23 April 2019. This was caused by an expired system account.

Those who are still encountering issues are advised to clear their FASER cache, accessible via https://www1.essex.ac.uk/e-learning/tools/faser2/Student/Help/Settings
