[Service Alert] [Resolved] Issues with speed of FASER

FASER has now returned to normal service.

We will continue to monitor the service throughout the week.

We are seeing continued spikes of activity and can confirm that this issue hasn’t been resolved yet.

We are investigating further, and will update this blog when we know further.

Update 16:08:

We now believe the issues affecting FASER have been resolved, and are continuing to monitor the situation. Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of issues with FASER where page load times are extremely slow.

Additional to page load times, staff and students are also receiving errors when accessing modules within FASER.

We are looking into the problem now, and will update this post as soon as possible.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
