[Resolved] Issues affecting some FASER users

We are aware that some users of FASER ( were encountering a ‘Session timed out’ or ‘New to FASER’ loop, which prevented them from using the service.

This affected a small number of users between 14:00 on Thursday 22 November, and 09:30 Friday 23 November. A workaround is now in place which should prevent the above loop.
