We have been advised that the issues are now resolved.

The suppliers of Pocket Essex, CampusM, have advised us that problems with the app are continuing into a second day.

Original post:

Students may have problems trying to sign in to the Pocket Essex mobile app, and may experience slow performance once the app has loaded.

We are working with the suppliers of the app to find a resolution.

The University of Essex will moderate comments and there will be a delay before any posts appear.
