[Resolved] Slow connection to FASER

This issue has been traced to a data mismatch relating to which students had already received an email regarding feedback. Several thousand emails were sent to students causing an unexpectedly high number of logins between 16:15 and 20:15 on 30 May 2018, this led to FASER being unresponsive during this period.

Users will experience slow connections to faser.essex.ac.uk at the moment, which is caused by an unexpectedly high volume of users accessing the site.

This is due to a backlog of feedback notifications being released.
