[Resolved] Delays to some Listen Again recordings

We have now received and implemented a workaround from the third-party supplier. MP3 and MP4 files should now appear in a timely manner.

Listen Again recordings in MP3 and MP4 formats are currently taking a longer-than-usual amount of time to process. This has been caused by a third-party application error, and we are working with the software provider to identify a fix.

Listen Again recordings can still be accessed via the ‘Play online’ link.
