[Resolved] Moodle authentication issues

Update: 10:42am

Both Moodle instances are now returned to service.

The root cause has been traced back to a misbehaving startup script on one of Moodle’s servers, which was preventing essential processes from starting correctly. A temporary workaround has been put in place and we will continue to pursue a more permanent fix.
