Upcoming event: “Information Matters: launching the Information Champions’ network”

Filed under: News, Security — Sara Stock @ 3:30 pm

About this event

We’re launching our Information Champions’ network with Information Matters – a half day event introducing Champions to the role and to each other. With a variety of stallholders and speakers Information Matters showcases the breadth of ways in which information is important to us. It is open to Information Champions and others interested in volunteering for the role.

We’ve got a great line up of speakers, including Slava Mikhaylov, Chief Scientific Adviser.

Running alongside the speaker programme, the Information Matters Fair highlights both the many ways in which information and data are being used, and some of the support available for making the most of information.

Confirmed stallholders:

  • Tableau demonstration (Strategic Planning and Change)
  • Information literacy (Library)
  • UK Data Archive
  • How safe is your information? (Information Assurance, IT Services)
  • Lynda.com (IT Training)

More stalls and speakers to be announced shortly!

When and where
