[Resolved] Problem affecting many services that rely on the University network

The earlier problem has now been resolved, and all services should now be working.

If you’re still having problems, try restarting your computer or device. If that doesn’t work, then please contact the IT Helpdesk.

The problem was caused by a firmware update that affected core network infrastructure.

We thank you for your patience during this time and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
